Coach Brower — Program Summary
What you get
Every serious golfer needs two things — a program that builds the body and a reference that explains every movement. This bundle delivers both.
A complete 4-week self-initiated training system — physical and mental phases running simultaneously, 16 guided sessions, and a diagnostic closing that reveals exactly what your game needs next.
Your complete coaching companion — 25 exercises fully detailed with purpose, step-by-step instructions, coaching cues, common mistakes, and direct golf transfer explanations.
The physical system
These are not random exercises. Every pillar has a specific job. Together they build the complete athletic foundation your swing demands.
01
Rotation
The engine of distance. Hip-to-torso separation creates real clubhead speed.
02
Mobility
Flexibility with control. The positions your swing needs — owned and repeatable.
03
Flexibility
The range to load, coil, and fire without strain or compensation.
04
Strength
The engine behind posture, stability, and ground force production.
05
Power
Strength at speed. The quality that turns capacity into effortless distance.
06
Agility
Footwork, coordination, and rhythm. The hidden factor in swing timing.
07
Balance
The foundation of everything. Without it, power leaks and consistency disappears.
The mental system
The mental side of golf is not about staying positive. It is a structured internal operating system — built session by session alongside your physical training.
Clarity
Define exactly what you want and why it matters. Direction over guessing.
Identity
Become the golfer who naturally has what you want. Your game rises to your identity.
Standards
Set the rules you hold yourself to — in training and on the course.
Execution
Daily action with discipline. The practice of showing up and following through.
Results
Use feedback to improve — not to judge. Read your game and adjust intelligently.
Leadership
Take full ownership. Lead yourself first. That is how improvement compounds.
Your swing is the output. Your body and your mind are the engine. Every lesson, every tip, every equipment upgrade produces diminishing returns if the engine underneath is not built for performance.
This program builds the engine. In four weeks. Four sessions per week. 30 to 40 minutes each. Physical and mental — running together, every single session.

Questions
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. Most of the program can be done with minimal equipment — a resistance band, a pair of dumbbells, and a medicine ball cover the majority of exercises. Many movements are bodyweight or require only a doorway or a wall.
How much time does each session take?
30 to 40 minutes per session. Four sessions per week. The schedule is designed around your golf — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday — leaving the weekend free for playing. If those days do not work, the 2-on 1-off 2-on rhythm is what matters, not the specific days.
What is the mental training component?
Every session ends with a 10-minute guided mental module. You take a notebook, answer three specific prompts, and write a personal commitment. Over four weeks this builds Clarity, Identity, Standards, Execution, Results, and Leadership — the six mental pillars that hold your game together under pressure.
Is this for beginners or experienced golfers?
Both. The program is designed as a diagnostic as much as a training plan. It reveals what your body can do, what it cannot do yet, and what your game specifically needs. Beginners build a foundation. Experienced golfers uncover the physical and mental gaps that have been limiting them.
What format do I receive the documents in?
Both documents are delivered as professional PDF files — instant download after purchase. They work on any device: phone, tablet, laptop, or printed. You can take them to the gym, to the course, or anywhere you train.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
The closing section of the program is a personal diagnostic — four questions that reveal exactly what your body and mind need next. That roadmap points directly to the 12-Week and 20-Week programs when you are ready to go deeper.
